2 Burglaries In 4 Days In Shaker Heights

Homes on Onaway Road and Van Aken Boulevard were entered by unidentified suspects.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — Homes on Onaway Road and Van Aken Boulevard were entered by unidentified suspects. An appliance was stolen from the home on Onaway and personal property was taken from the house on Van Aken.

Burglary, Nov. 10 — Police were called to the 14000 block of Onaway Road where an unidentified suspect went into an unoccupied home and stolen an appliance.

Possession of Stolen Property, Nov. 10 — At about 2:30 p.m. on Friday, officers were called to the Walgreens in the 20000 block of Van Aken Blvd. Police detained a 53-year-old Parma man that was found in possession of stolen goods.

Shoplifting, Nov. 11 — Three boys reportedly stole candy from the BP Gas Station in the 13000 block of Larchmere Blvd.

Possession of Stolen Good, Nov. 11 — A 63-year-old Cleveland resident was detained at Heinen's grocery store, in the 16000 block of Chagrin Blvd. The resident was found in possession of stolen good.

Burglary, Nov. 13 — Someone entered a locked home in the 15000 block of Van Aken Blvd. and stole personal property.
