Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga

experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow

aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength,

flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of

alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing

present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the

students' desires and abilities.
