Today's riddle: What has a neck but no head? 🤔 (Answer below!)
• Shaker Heights regains environmental exemption for sewer project, tree removal (cleveland.com) — Shaker Heights has regained its federal environmental exemption for the Lynnfield-Lomond sewer project, clearing the way to remove nine mature oaks along Lomond Boulevard and proceed without further review. City officials say eliminating a major sanitary sewer overflow affecting about 1,200 households outweighs tree loss, while residents who sought more scrutiny remain concerned. Construction is now expected to finish sewer installation by year's end, with road repairs and new tree planting in spring 2027.
