Art Fair Supports Individuals with Autism

Join us for Monarch Center for Autism's 7th Annual Summer Art Fair on Sunday, July 26, 2015

Please join us for Monarch Center for Autism’s 7th Annual Art Fair on Sunday, July 26, 2015 from 10am to 5pm in the air conditioned atrium of the Administration (A) building at Bellefaire JCB (22001 Fairmount Blvd., Shaker Hts., OH 44118). More than 25 artists will sell handmade jewelry, clothing, decorative serving pieces, soaps, candles, gift baskets, and more. Refreshments will be sold, and each artist is donating an item to be raffled. Admission is free and open to the public. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Monarch School for children with autism.

The Art Fair was founded 7 years ago by Monarch parents, Sandie Angart and Eileen Pech, as a way to raise money for the school, which serves individuals ages 3 through 22 with Autism. According to Angart, “The Art Fair affords us an opportunity to get involved and support the school, without disrupting our children’s daily routines.” Angart and Pech have assembled a wonderful group of artists, many of whom have been involved since the fair’s inception. “The artists who participate in the fair are there because they believe in the cause and want to help our kids. Not only are they extremely talented, but also altruistic,” said Pech. “We are very lucky to work with them and are excited to welcome some new talent this year.”
