Candidates Forum Planned For Shaker Heights City Council
The Cuyahoga County Progressive Caucus will endorse three of the four candidates running at the end of the forum.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH —With three open seats and four candidates, voters in Shaker Heights will have choose to make for city council representatives. Incumbents Tres Roeder, Anne Williams and Rob Zimmerman will be competing with newcomer Sarah Megenhardt in November. The four candidates will square off in a public forum on Thursday.
The candidates forum is being organized by the Cuyahoga County Progressive Caucus. Members of the caucus will vote on which candidates to endorse at the end of the forum, with three of the four getting the group's support.
The candidates were asked to fill out a general statement in response to 11 issues identified by the Caucus as important.
