Car Stolen While Owner Visits Shaker Heights Gas Station
A 2014 black Dodge Journey was stolen while its owner was inside a local gas station.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — Police are searching for a car that was stolen from a Shaker Heights resident on Wednesday. The vehicle was at a local gas station when someone drove off with the car. Read more about that incident and others from the past week below.
Robbery, Nov. 27 — A resident reported that an unknown man hit them and stole personal property. The robbery took place in the 19000 block of Winslow Rd.
Burglary, Nov. 27 — An appliance was stolen out of a locked home in the 15000 block of Onaway Rd. The property manager reported the theft.

Receiving Stolen Goods, Nov. 27 — Police were called to the Dollar Tree store in the 17000 block of Chagrin Boulevard on Monday. They detained a 20-year-old Cleveland man that was found in possession of stolen goods.
Robbery, Nov. 27 — Two men asked to use a Shaker Heights resident's cell phone. When the resident handed over the phone, the men took off running. The incident took place in the 2000 block of Kemper Rd.

Possession of Stolen Goods, Nov. 28 — Officers were sent to Heinen's on Chagrin Blvd. where they detained a 30-year-old Cleveland woman that was found in possession of stolen merchandise.
Burglary, Nov. 28 — Equipment was stolen from an unlocked garage in the 18000 block of Winslow Rd.
Grand Theft Auto, Nov. 29 — A 2014 black Dodge Journey was stolen from a Shaker Heights resident last week. The vehicle was at the Sunoco Gas Station on Lee Road and the driver was inside the station during the theft. The car's license plate reads #FIT1308.
