Cleveland, OH – The Cleveland Classic Guitar Society presents Cavatina Duo on November 15, 2014.
Cavatina Duo has captivated audiences with their electrifying performances across North America, Europe and Asia.
They have recorded five CD’s for Spanish and North American labels. Spanish flutist Eugenia Moliner has been acclaimed as a “brilliant young musician” by the British Flute Society magazine.
Bosnian guitarist Denis Azabagic has been described as a “virtuoso with flawless technique” by Soundboard Magazine and has won first-place prizes in 11 international competitions.
The duo’s blend of Spanish passion and Balkan sensibility make their concerts a unique experience.
The Cleveland Classical Guitar Society’s International Series is presented with support from Cuyahoga Arts & Culture, the Ohio Arts Council, and the National Endowment of the Arts.
Other highlights of the six concerts of the Cleveland Classical Guitar Society’s 2014-2015 International Series include Cleveland debuts and the first appearance of Grammy-winning Los Angeles Guitar Quartet in over a decade. This season’s performers come from Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Bosnia, and the U.S.
In addition, the CCGS’ educational outreach initiative offers ongoing music classes to 175 students in Cleveland and Akron.

February 28, 2015 - Gaëlle Solal (France): $10-$20
March 21, 2015 – Los Angeles Guitar Quartet (USA) $20-$35
April 11, 2015 – *Aniello Desiderio (Italy) $10-$20
