Ken Prendergast, Executive Director of All Aboard Ohio!, will present the story of Cleveland Rail. Northeast Ohio has a number of rail corridors. There are new technologies and a relaxing of Federal regulations that would allow Northeast Ohio to capitalize on its underutilized rail assets. While ODOT continues to be a challenge, there are new opportunities such as from the North East Ohio Sustainable Communities Consortium, which is a blue print for regional governments to develop rail systems now.
