Cleveland Garlic Festival 2015

Cleveland Garlic Festival is an annual grassroots food and music festival located in Shaker Square. This year’s Garlic Fest is taking place September 12th from 12-9pm and September 13th from 12-6pm.

Attendees will enjoy garlic-themed foods prepared by local celebrity chefs, on site grill-off competitions, cooking demonstrations, live music, wine tasting, a ”Mighty Locavores” kids section and more! New this year North Union Farmers Market is partnering with the Ohio Cheese Guild to offer new, educational culinary events throughout the weekend!

Mark your calendars and discover the epicenter of all things garlic in the Midwest this September!

Volunteers are needed throughout the weekend as well as for set-up and clean-up. In return for three hours of volunteer service at the festival individuals will receive three entrances to the festival. Volunteer positions include entrance, chef-demo tent, beer tent, merchandise, kids section, stamp checker and more!

All proceeds from this FUNdraiser benefit North Union Farmers Market whose mission is to champion the local foods of Northeast Ohio and promote their environmental, economic, and health benefits by connecting certified producers with consumers through a network of markets.
