Collections Workshops are back!

Join us for a week of workshops to learn about proper care for your heirlooms and treasures

Caring for your Collections Workshops
Presented by The Shaker Historical Society’s Executive Director, Dr Ware Petznick will share museum techniques and principles for collections care and management in this series. Dr Petznick has taught collections care at museum association conferences and was Curator of an American Alliance of Museums- accredited house museum in Texas. Each class is limited to 15 people. Cleaning demonstrations will be given for various types of objects and storage advice to ensure the long-term care of your treasures. RSVP to Ruth at 216-921-1201

Caring for your Collections Workshop—Silver & Metalwork
Bring a small item of metalwork, and we will discuss how to properly clean, repair or store it! Class size limited to 15. $10 Admission; SHS Members $5.
