Construction Planned For Chagrin-Warrensville Center Intersection

The work should only last about two weeks, weather permitting, Shaker Heights officials said.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — The intersection of Warrensville Center Road and Chagrin Boulevard will undergo construction starting Feb. 5, the city announced. The project should last about two weeks.

First Energy is handling the construction. Work is being one to prepare for the demolition and subsequent rebuilding of the nearby RTA power station. This project will not impact RTA service.

Crews will work from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Monday through Thursday. Noise should be minimal and no excavation work is planned. There will, however, be lane closures and shifts to accommodate crews.
