Farnsleigh Road Construction To Start In January

Traffic going east on Farnsleigh will be detoured while crews replace sewer lines.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — Drivers can expect construction on Farnsleigh Road to impede their commutes this month. The city announced that crews will be relocating sewer lines on the street starting in late Januar. The project is slated to last 90 days, but could last longer depending on weather.

Work will take place on Farnsleigh between Helen Road and Van Aken Boulevard. The construction will be handled in two phases.

During phase one, work will start on Farnsleigh between Warrensville Center and Van Aken. The eastbound lanes on Farnsleigh will be closed during that time. Drivers heading east should follow detour signs to Warrensville Center via Chagrin Boulevard.
