
Gentle Yoga - This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but
at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced
yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing,
balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching.
Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to
release stress and worry. We also discuss methods for bringing peace and
relaxation into our daily lives. This class provides a peaceful and
relaxing way to end the evening!
