Man Arrested For Theft From Shaker CVS

A 52-year-old man was detained for grabbing merchandise from the drugstore.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH - Police held a 52-year-old man at a local drug store. The man had been attempting to steal merchandise from the store. Read on for more information on that incident and others from this past week.

Theft, May 1 - A 13-year-old Shaker Heights resident reported that someone stole their unattended cell phone at Shaker Heights High School.

Burglary, May 2 - Someone entered a home on Warrington Road and stole electronics. The suspect entered the house through an unsecured door. The theft was reported at 7:15 a.m. on May 1.

Receiving Stolen Property, May 3 - Police detained a 52-year-old Cleveland resident who was found in possession of stolen beverages from the CVS store on Chagrin Boulevard.
