OPERA BY THE LAKE
The summer training opera company returns to First Unitarian Church in Shaker Heights.It is a company "for the people and by the people."
The purpose is to encourage singers to explore the wonderful world of opera.
A public performance of the delightful children's opera, "FLASHBACKS," will take place at the last session.
No experience is needed.
The company is directed by Dr. J LanYe' (D.M.A.), lyric mezzo-soprano, pianist, composer and conductor.
Dates: Wednesdays--June 18 & 25
July 2, 9 and grand finale July 16
Time: Youth (10-17) 5:00-6:15 p.m.
Adults----6:30-8:30 p.m.
Cost: $5.00 cash each session
