Pizza Restaurant Robbed In Shaker Heights
A Papa John's in the city was robbed by an unknown suspect flashing a handgun.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — A second pizza related robbery took place this week in Shaker Heights. This time, an unidentified male suspect robbed Papa John's, 16981 Chagrin Blvd., on Monday. This came just a day after a pizza deliverer was robbed on Van Aken Boulevard.
A little before 11 p.m. on Monday, police were called to Papa John's. Employees told officers that an unknown male suspect, in his late teens or early twenties, standing about 5'7 to 5'9, with a slim build, had come into the store, demanded money and flashed a handgun.

No one was hurt during the robbery. Shaker Heights Police have not yet returned a request for more information from Patch.
The incident happened a day after a pizza delivery person, in the 16000 block of Van Aken Boulevard, reported that three unknown men, wearing hoodies, approached and threatened them before stealing their vehicle. No weapons were seen during the incident and no injuries were reported.
