Residents of Cuyahoga County, including Shaker Heights, who are having difficulty making rental payments due to the economic impact of the COVID-19 crisis may be eligible for assistance from the Cuyahoga County Rent Relief Fund.

- Payments will be made directly to landlords.
- Households who are at 120 percent of median income (e.g., a family of four with an annual income of around $90,000) are eligible.
