Shaker Heights S. Woodland Rd. Culvert Replacement

Press release from the City of Shaker Heights:

In mid-November, the City will start an infrastructure improvement project on S. Woodland Rd. to replace a culvert that allows a tributary of Mill Creek to run under the roadway. Anticipated duration is 90 days (weather permitting). Please note that during the project:

• S. Woodland Rd. between Green Rd. and Richmond Rd. will be restricted to local access only
• Through traffic should follow posted detours to Shaker Blvd. eastbound or westbound (see schematic below)
• Work hours are 7 am-5 pm through Thanksgiving; thereafter, work hours are 7 am-3 pm.
• The work zone will remain in place during non-work hours.
