Shaker Heights School District Official To Retire
Terri Breeden, the assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction, will leave the district at the end of the month.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — Assistant Superintendent Terri Breeden will retire from the Shaker Heights School District at the end of June. She has been with the district since 2015.
Breeden, who oversees curriculum and instruction, has overseen the implementation of several district-wide initiatives, including, Shaker's First Class, a preschool program; and Summer Exploration, Learning and Fun (SELF), a summer enrichment program.
“Dr. Breeden is a valued colleague who will be missed, and we wish her the very best in her future endeavors,” said Superintendent David Glasner.

During Breeden's tenure in Shaker Heights, the district's graduation rate improved, as did its performance on the State Report Card.
“I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a talented group of teachers and administrators,” Breeden said. “I leave knowing that the Shaker Schools have a very bright future.”
