Shaker Heights Superintendent Search Takes Step Forward
The school district has hired a search firm to help recruit the next leader of the Shaker Heights Schools.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — The Shaker Heights School District has hired Ray & Associates, a search firm, to help the school system identify its next superintendent.
The Shaker Heights Board of Education said it considered hiring seven firms before landing on Ray & Associates. The company's strong track record and history with Ohio schools gave it a leg up.
Ryan Ray, the president of the firm, will be part of Shaker's search team. Members of the firm will be on-the-ground in Shaker soon, conducting in-person interviews, focus groups and facilitating community input sessions.
