Shaker Heights Teenager Assaulted On Chagrin Boulevard
The 17-year-old was punched in the face while walking down Chagrin Boulevard.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH - Police dealt with a lot of thefts from cars this past weekend. However, there was also an assault on a teenager. A 17-year-old was punched in the face while walking through Chagrin Boulevard.
Theft, Feb. 23 - A 1994 green Chevrolet truck was stolen from a resident. The vehicle was parked on the 16000 block of Chagrin Boulevard. The theft was reported at about 10:00 a.m. The truck was unlocked. The license plate of the truck is #GYB9637.
Assault, Feb. 23 - A 17-year-old juvenile resident told police he was punched in the eye while walking along the 16000 block of Chagrin Boulevard. The punch allegedly took place at about 4:00 p.m.

Theft, Feb. 24 - An unlocked 2013 Toyota Corolla was rifled through overnight. The vehicle was parked in a driveway on Winchell Road. Personal property was stolen from the car but no damage was reported to the vehicle.
Theft, Feb. 24 - Thefts from unlocked cars is a running theme in Shaker Heights lately. An unlocked 2010 BMW was rifled through on Daleford Road.

Motor Vehicle Theft, Feb. 24 - An employee at Kuts and Kurls Beauty Shop, on Lee Road, reported that their car had been stolen. The employee had left the car unlocked, with the keys in the ignition. Police later recovered the vehicle in the city of Cleveland.
