SUV Broken Into In Shaker Heights
Police said someone damaged a window on the vehicle and then stole property from inside the SUV.
SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — Police are investigating a pair of thefts from motor vehicles that happened over the weekend. In one case, an SUV parked on Sutton Place was broken into and had property stolen from inside.

Shoplifting, July 21 — Police arrested a 36-year-old Cleveland man after he was seen stealing merchandise from Chagrin Wine & Beverage, on Chagrin Boulevard. The man reportedly had the merchandise on him when police apprehended him.

Theft from Motor Vehicle, July 22 — Someone broke a window on a 2006 Ford SUV and stole personal property from the vehicle. Police said the SUV was locked and parked on Sutton Place.
Theft from Motor Vehicle, July 22 — An unlocked car on Warrensville Center Road was entered, likely overnight, and someone stole personal property from the vehicle.

Shoplifting, July 23 — A Rite Aid employee said a woman stole a carton of cigarettes from the store.
