Teen Attacked, Robbed Of Cell Phone In Shaker Heights
Plus, two bicycles are stolen from residents, a theft from a car, and other notable police incidents from the week.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — A 15-year-old said someone punched him and stole his cell phone on Thursday, according to police records. The teenager was near Lee and South Woodland roads. Police records said the teen didn't know his attacker.
Police also dealt with the thefts from cars, a stolen bicycle, and packages being snatched from homes this week. Here's a look at the blotter for this week in Shaker Heights.
On Monday morning, police detained a 49-year-old Cleveland man that had stolen supplies from the CVS stores on Chagrin Boulevard. In the afternoon, a resident reported that someone snatched their bicycle while it was parked at the Shaker Heights Public Library.

On Tuesday, someone stole property from a car parked on Fairhill Boulevard. The vehicle was locked overnight, and police did not say how the suspect may have gotten into the vehicle. That same day, a student attending Shaker Heights High School had their unlocked bicycle stolen.
On Wednesday, someone stole packages from a home on Srathavon Road. Police said the packages had been delivered to the house and were "unsecured."
