Teen Stabbed Outside School In Shaker Heights

An argument escalated, and one teenager stabbed another, police said.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — An 18-year-old teenager was arrested after she allegedly stabbed a classmate outside of a school for troubled youth in Shaker Heights. The stabbing victim is in stable condition, a police official told Patch.

The stabbing happened on the last Friday of October, at about 4 p.m., outside the PEP Greenview School. The two teenagers were arguing and the dispute escalated out of control. One of the teen girls pulled out a knife and stabbed the other.

EMS took the stabbing victim to University Hospital's main campus in Cleveland, police told Patch. The accused stabber was arrested.

The teenager that stabbed their classmate is being charged with felonious assault, a police spokesperson said.
