Two Cars Stolen in One Night: Shaker Heights Police Blotter
One vehicle was locked and the other was unsecured. A host of other unlocked vehicles were also hit overnight.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH - Lock your cars. Lock your homes. Thieves are hitting unsecured vehicles and houses throughout Shaker Heights and making off with all kinds of personal property and, in some cases, the cars themselves.
Theft, Nov. 21 - At approximately 9:17 am, a resident in the 14000 block of Ashwood Rd. reported that
an unknown suspect(s) entered their locked home and stole electronics.
Theft, Nov. 21 - Someone snatched packages from a Cranlyn Road resident's house at about 12:30 p.m.

Theft, Nov. 21 - An unknown suspect walked into an unlocked home on Daleford Road and stole personal property from the residents. The theft was discovered and reported at about 5:30 p.m.
Theft, Nov. 21 - At about 6:30 p.m., a Cleveland resident reported that someone stole property from their unlocked car. The vehicle was parked in the 3000 block of Menlo Road.

Grand Theft Auto, Nov. 22 - Someone stole a Townley Road resident's locked car from their driveway. The theft was discovered at 5:45 a.m. and the vehicle was likely stolen overnight.
Theft, Nov. 22 - Someone also got into a Rye Road resident's unlocked garage during the night and stole a 2006 Toyota Sienna and some personal property.
Theft, Nov. 22 - A suspect stole personal property from an unlocked car on South Woodland Road.
Burglary, Nov. 22 - Someone broke into a Lomond Boulevard resident's home and stole personal property. The thief gained entry by damaging a door into the house.
