UBER Driver Robbed At Gunpoint In Shaker Heights
Two men bumped the driver's car on New Year's Eve. When he stopped they pointed a gun at him and stole his vehicle.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — An UBER driver was robbed at gunpoint on New Year's Eve, police say. The driver's 2017 Nissan Rogue was stolen, but later recovered by police.
The incident happened at about 2:20 a.m. The driver was ferrying a passenger through the city when another car rear-ended the Nissan near the intersection of Shaker Boulevard and Courtland Road.
The driver and passenger of the car that rear-ended the UBER driver pointed a gun at the victims and stole the Nissan Rogue. No one was hurt, but the suspects did get away with the vehicle.

Shaker Heights Police were later able to locate the stolen car in Cleveland. The car was unoccupied when police found it.
A spokesperson for Shaker Heights Police did not respond to Patch's request for comment. Patch will update this story as more information becomes available.
