Posted April 3: The week of April 13, a contractor (Ronyak Paving) will start Phase 1 of the City’s 2020 street resurfacing project. This includes Chadbourne Rd. (Onaway to Ashby), Clayton Blvd. (Enderby to Braemar) and Ashwood Rd. (Onaway to the City border).

Step 1: Removal of existing asphalt pavementStep 2: Adjustment of catch basin and manholes, replacement of select driveway aprons and installation of new ADA curb ramps (as necessary).Step 3: Placement of the asphalt courseStep 4: Pavement markings
Please note:
- There will be no on-street parking permitted between 7 am and 7 pm.
- To avoid delays that could prolong completion of the project, please do not blow leaves or other debris into the street. Please advise landscapers of this request.
- If your driveway apron is being replaced and it is necessary to park on the street overnight, please call the Police Department at 216-491-1220 or use the online Overnight Parking Request form.
- For your safety, the work site will have signs, barricades and warning lights in place. Please follow the traffic patterns they establish. Also, please help keep neighborhood children safe by warning them about the danger of playing in the construction site or on any of the equipment.
