27-Year-Old Arrested For Pulling Handgun On Worker In Solon
An employee at King Nut, a business in Solon, was allegedly assaulted Oct. 12 when a man jumped out of a truck and pointed a gun at him.

SOLON, OH — Police have arrested Wyatt Dailey, 27, of Bedford Heights, for assaulting an employee at King Nut, 6401 Davis Industrial, in Solon, on Oct. 12. Dailey reportedly threatened the employee with a handgun, while the employee was outside the building on break.
The incident on Oct. 12 saw police called to King Nut, 6401 Davis Industrial Prkwy. for an employee that was threatened outside the building. Callers said someone had pulled up and threatened the worker while carrying a gun. By the time police arrived, the suspect had already left the scene.
According to police reports, the King Nut employee, a 26-year-old from Euclid, went outside on his break. A red Chevy truck stopped near him and a black man, with a beard, jumped out of the passenger side of the vehicle and walked toward the employee.

The man pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the employee's head, before trying to hit the 26-year-old with the gun. Other people at the scene jumped into the fray and the suspect got back into the red pickup and drove off.
Police have since arrested Dailey in connection with the incident.
