3 Arrested During Urine Soaked Traffic Stop In Solon

The driver of a weaving car had an open beer bottle on his lap and urinated himself while talking to police.

SOLON, OH - A traffic stop on March 24 spun out of control, resulted in the releasing of some bodily functions, and got three people arrested, police say.

Police stopped a 45-year-old Cleveland man on March 24 for weaving onto the right shoulder on US 422, nearly striking another vehicle in the process. After officers stopped the man, the driver jumped out of the car, sending an open bottle of Budweizer hurtling from his lap into oncoming traffic. The driver then fell backwards into the police car and nearly fell into oncoming traffic, according to Solon Police.

As police approached the man, he began urinating himself. Urine spilled from his pants leg onto his shoes. When police finally got the driver to start talking, a strong odor of alcohol hung on his breath. The driver, Virgil Lee, was arrested after field sobriety tests indicated impairment. Lee blew a .179 on a breath test.
