48 Grams Of Weed Found In Drunk Driver's Trunk: Solon Police
Officers said the man blew past a red light before he was pulled over.

SOLON, OH — Approximately 48 grams of marijuana and a digital scale were found when police stopped a car for driving erratically on US 422. The driver also blew a .168 on a breath test, police said.
Police said they were patrolling US 422 at about 3:30 a.m. when they noticed a car driving strangely. The vehicle blew past a red light at the Harper Road exit and officers pulled the car over.
The driver, a 26-year-old from Willoughby, smelled like alcohol, police said. His eyes were bloodshot. Officers gave him a series of field sobriety tests and then took him to Solon Jail. He took a breath test at the jail and blew a .168.

When officers began to go through the man's car, they found 48 grams of marijuana and a digital scale in his trunk, next to the spare tire.
The driver has been charged with operating a vehicle impaired, prohibited BAC, stopping at red lights, driving in marked lanes, drug possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
