Actor Kal Penn Leading Hillary Clinton Rally in Solon
The Designated Survivor actor is making four stops throughout Northeast Ohio today.
SOLON, OH - On October 13, actor Kal Penn, best known for his roles in Harold & Kumar, House, and How I Met Your Mother, will encourage Ohioans to vote early and lay out the stakes of November's election for millennial voters at a series of early vote events in Cleveland, St. Clair, and Solon. During his visit, Penn will highlight Hillary Clinton's plan to invest in the next generation to build an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top.
Penn will be at 33260 Station St., Solon at 6 p.m. According to a press release from the Clinton campaign, Penn will be urging voters to find an early voting location.
Early voting began in Cuyahoga County on Oct.12 for the Nov. 8 election and nearly 5,000 Solon residents have requested vote by mail ballots. You can also vote early at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections office, 2925 Euclid Ave., Cleveland. From Oct. 12 through Oct. 21, the BOE will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. As Nov. 8 draws closer, the BOE will expand its hours for early voting. You can view their full schedule here.
