Allegedly Intoxicated Man Passes Out At Solon Gym

The man ignored a trespassing warning given to him by police and went back to the gym the next day.

SOLON, OH — A 59-year-old Solon man was arrested on March 8 after he was found passed out, apparently intoxicated, in a locker room at Planet Fitness. The man was unable to take care of himself and was taken to Solon Jail.

Police were called to the gym at 33605 Aurora Road at about 11:45 a.m. That's when they found the 59-year-old in the locker room. He was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and he was issued a written warning for trespassing, meaning he was barred from coming back to the gym.

Unable to care for himself, police took the man to Solon Jail to sleep it off. The man bonded out of jail the next day.

Except, with no lesson apparently learned, the man returned to Planet Fitness on March 9. He went up to a manager, handed them his phone and asked them to charge it. Police gave the man a misdemeanor citation for trespassing, meaning he can't go back to the gym.
