Leaders credit strong partnerships with Solon and Glenwillow families and say they're already digging into data to target extra support where students need it most.
   

• Swagelok hiring more than 1,200 workers as Northeast Ohio manufacturing grows (cleveland.com) — More than 1,200 new jobs are coming to Swagelok's Northeast Ohio facilities, with an open interview event in Solon on Sept. 24 focused on assembly roles. Many positions at the Solon-based manufacturer don't require a four-year degree and come with benefits starting day one, including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.
