A hidden treasure among Solon's restaurant scene is The Soup Pot. The restaurant, located in the Giant Eagle shopping Center near Aurora Road, The Soup Pot specializes in made-from-scratch, homemade soups and sandwiches. 

If you need a special diet, then this is the soup place for you. The restaurant's soups are gluten-free and many of them are diary free. The restaurant also has a gluten-free bakery menu that can be shipped throughout the United States.
