Burglary Suspects Caught On Camera In Solon

Do you recognize the individuals or minivan in the photographs? Solon Police are asking the public for help ID'ing these burglars.

SOLON, OH — Police are searching for a pair of burglars that hit a Thornbury Development home in Solon on May 13. The suspects were seen driving around in a minivan. One of the investigating officers told Patch the van was also spotted in other neighborhoods around the city.

The front door of the home in Thornbury was pried open sometime between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on May 13. Police would not say what had been taken, if anything.

Surveillance video from Thornbury captured two suspects and a minivan, possibly a Dodge Caravan, in the neighborhood. The van drops off two individuals and picks them up later. Then the van drives around the neighborhood and makes occasional stops.

The individuals in the footage appear to be female, but Solon Police could not confirm the gender of the suspects. The duo appear to be wearing full-length, reflective vests.
