The driver has been identified and a warrant has been issued for their arrest, police said.

SOLON, OH β A 22-year-old man allegedly led police on a car chase through Solon on July 1. The man managed to escape officers, but has been identified and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, the Solon Police Department said.
The suspect has been identified as Kavon Haddon, 22, of Avon Lake, police said. The warrant for his arrest says he is being charged with speeding, not obeying a red light, driving without lights, and fleeing and eluding police.
Haddon was allegedly first seen speeding at about 11:15 p.m. on July 1. An officer on patrol saw a car driving over the speed limit on Aurora Road, near Liberty Road. The officer used radar to see that the car was going 52 mph in a 35 mph zone, police said.
