Bringing Chick-fil-A to Solon

The Solon Chick-fil-A is being opened by Chris Aey, and his wife Lauren, both residents of suburban Northeast Ohio. Chris discovered the restaurant while chaperoning a high school choir group in 2008.

During that visit, he met Dan Stanko, who runs the Chick-fil-A at Southpark Mall in Strongsville. Stanko encouraged Chris to work for him and learn about the fast food business. He quickly became general manager of the Macedonia Chick-Fil-A. Now, he's opening his own Chick-Fil-A.

“I am excited to open Solon’s first Chick-fil-A and have an opportunity to serve the community both inside and outside my restaurant,” said Aey. “My team and I are committed to providing Second Mile Service as we strive to enrich the lives of all our guests and give back to the metro-Cleveland community who has so graciously supported the brand.”
