Solon, Ohio - Direct Consulting Associates (DCA), IT Consulting and Staffing Solutions, is pleased to announce that Charles Aiken III has been promoted to Recruitment Manager. Charles is responsible for exploring and implementing best practices in recruiting and staffing as well as managing DCA’s executive recruitment team.

Charles is an experienced recruiter who possesses a wealth of knowledge within the Healthcare/Clinical field. This knowledge base enables him to guide DCA’s team of recruiters to identify quality consultants and candidates in order to facilitate and execute each search assignment successfully. His leadership style is to provide continuous training, promote growth, stress teamwork and develop talented recruiters and researchers.

Charles is an experienced recruiter who possesses a wealth of knowledge within the Healthcare/Clinical field. This knowledge base allows him to actively and honestly engage in conversations with HIT Consultants about opportunities, market changes and trends. Charles sincerely cares about what’s important to them.

Charles holds a degree from Kent State University in Applied Communications. He enjoys a playing a round of golf and playing the piano.
