SOLON, OH — An impaired driver hit a car in the parking lot of Market District and then drove off, callers told police on Monday afternoon.

The woman left without leaving her information on the parked car she hit. Witnesses were able to get the woman's license plate information and provide it to police.
Police used the license plate to track down the woman, who was backing her car out of a parking spot and trying to find a new parking spot. Officers on the scene spoke to the woman and felt she was possibly impaired.
