Drunken Drivers Beware: Sobriety Checkpoint Coming To Solon
Police officers will set up a sobriety checkpoint on SR 91 on Friday.

SOLON, OH — Drunken drivers will be in trouble Friday in Solon. The police department is planning to operate a sobriety checkpoint on SR 91, in the business district.
“We want the public to know that we will be out there for the benefit of the motoring public and pedestrians, working to make our roadways safe,” explains Ptl. Roy Cunningham.
The checkpoint will be used to detect impaired drivers before they can hurt themselves or someone else, the department said. The exact location of the checkpoint will be released on Friday.
