HEALTH CARE LAW UPDATE
Now that the Supreme Court has ruled on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as Obamacare, both businesses and individuals need to be aware of the many provisions that have already taken effect and those that are still to come.
With many of the rules still being written, uncertainty remains as to how this law will impact health care, its costs and its delivery in America.
On Tuesday, August 21st, we will take a look at what decisions have to be made by the state, businesses and citizens; the pluses and minuses; as well as costs associated with the various components of the bill.
