Experimac Expanding Into Cleveland-Area, Opening Store In Solon

SOLON, OH — Experimac will open its first Solon location on June 8. The store specializes in servicing, buying, selling and upgrading pre-owned Apple products, including phones, tablets and other accessories. All products have to undergo a stringent certification process before being re-sold.

The Solon location is being opened by the Friedman family — Allen and Gail, along with their son Josh. The family are longtime Cleveland residents and wanted to bring their franchise to the area.

The Solon location will be at 6130 Kruse Drive. The new location will hold a two-day grand opening celebration on June 8 and June 9.

The festivities will include food, music and giveaways. Attendees can enter a raffle for an iPad 2 and iPad Mini. Winners will be drawn at the end of the day on June 9. There will also be live tours through iPhonesa nd iPads.

The party starts at noon on June 8 and is open to the public. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 1 p.m., alongside the Solon Chamber of Commerce.
