The weather and the leaves are starting to change and it's almost feeling like Autumn.....a good time to cook up some chili and to raise some money for several great organizations!
The 4th Annual Solon Celebrity Chili Cook Off will take place on Saturday, September 28 from 5:00 - 7:30.
Solon United Methodist Church is the host of this annual event.

Tickets are just $10 which will get you a taste of all chilis entered, 10 votes, Salad & Soft Drinks...... and the good feeling that comes with supporting worthwhile charities!

As you may have noticed one of the contestants and I share the same last name. My son, Giovanni Castiglione will be representing Help Hope Live.... www.helphopelive.org. This organization raises funds to help transplant patients with the high costs of these life saving surgeries. A friend, Sal Pulito, who the Italian community has been rallying behind, is in need of multiple organ transplants. Giovanni has come to know Sal and decided he would like to help support HelpHopeLive through this event.
No matter who you choose to support, just come out and help make this event a success for all involved!
