Judge Michael K. Astrab of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court hosts a town hall forum regarding the heroin epidemic in our suburbs. Astrab will lead a panel discussion on the heroin threat, what parents can protect their children and treatment options for addicts.
Panelists will include Dr. Joan Papp, defense attorney David Kraus and representatives from the Solon Police Department and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutors office.
