September 30 2020

Brighton, Mich. — Independence Village of Aurora decided to host an internal event centered around a famous 1961 film, Breakfast at Tiffany’s. The culinary team served this special brunch earlier this week, including an array of macaroons, croissants, mini pastries, fresh fruit and mimosas in their teal, Tiffany-inspired champagne flutes. The Independence Village team also set up a Tiffany’s backdrop and gifted each resident with cat-eye sunglasses and long, slim cigarette holders for their Breakfast at Tiffany’s inspired glamour shots. During the pandemic, the Life Enrichment team works very hard to create fun and safe adventures for their residents.
