Intoxicated Driver Hits Parked Car At Liberty Ford
The suspect fled the scene and was eventually cornered by Solon police when he came out of the wooded area near his home.

SOLON, OH — A 21-year-old hit a parked car in the parking lot of Liberty Ford on Monday night. He then fled the scene prompting a police search.
According to police reports, the 21-year-old hit the parked car at about 8:15 p.m. He then took off, driving east on Aurora Road.
Officers eventually found the man as he was coming out of the wooded area near his home on Park East Drive. The 21-year-old told police that his car was parked behind the apartments on Aurora Road, across from Liberty Ford.

The 21-year-old appeared to be intoxicated, police say. He was arrested and taken to Solon Jail where he took a breath test. He blew a .170 and was charged with hit-skip, operating a vehicle while impaired and prohibited BAC.
