Loaded Gun Found In Wanted Man's Car: Solon Police
Officers stopped a man for speeding on US 422. When the man used his body to try and hide something, officers knew something was up.

SOLON, OH — A routine traffic stop ended in an arrest for carrying a concealed weapon last week. Solon Police stopped a 25-year-old Bedford man Oct. 22and arrested him on outstanding warrants and crimes committed that night.
The incident started on US 422 at about 9 a.m. An officer on-patrol saw a car speeding by him. Believing the car to be driving too fast, the officer flipped on his radar and clocked the car. Sure enough, the vehicle was recorded travelling 81 mph in a 60 mph zone.
The officer initiated a traffic stop. The driver, a 25-year-old Bedford man, told police he was running late for work, thus the speeding. However, the man also had active warrants in Warrensville Heights for aggravated menacing and inducing panic.

The officer that pulled the man over signaled for back-up. While waiting for additional officers, the Bedford man appeared to contort his body to conceal something.
When back-up arrived the man was removed from the car and a green satchel was seen on the front passenger side floor board. There was a loaded handgun inside.

The 25-year-old was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, a felony, and driving without a seat belt. He was also held on his active warrants through Warrensville Heights.
As for the speeding, well, officers gave him a written warning.
