M Italian Announces New Executive Chef

SOLON, OH - From M Italian: Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group is exited to announce Tim Bando as Executive Chef of M Italian.

As Executive Chef of M Italian, Chef Bando’s responsibilities will include developing the restaurant’s menu, overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring our guests’ overall experience. Bando’s first efforts will include partnering with the team to evolve the menu into the fall season.

With over 25 years of culinary experience in New York City, Cleveland and right here in Chagrin Falls, Chef Bando is a local culinary talent known for his use of fresh, local ingredients.

The restaurant features classic Italian dishes with a chef-driven twist along with distinctive pizzas baked in a wood-burning oven, pastas and salads. Guests can savor an Italian-inspired variation of the Moscow Mule as well as house-made limoncello, an Italian lemon liqueur. The interior space affords a warm, inviting feeling, blending soft whites and grays in an open atmosphere with an indoor/outdoor bar, a large front patio, and an open kitchen that draws in guests.

Every day dining beginning at 11am; the kitchen closes at 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. Happy Hours are 3pm to 6pm, 7 days a week, with drink specials and half-off appetizers and flatbreads. Brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.
