Lennox: Cares.
Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced in your job?
Lennox: When my client needs medical help that is beyond my control.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Lennox: When my client smiles and happy with their care
Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Lenox: Private home environment, quality care and service which allows our client to maintain
independent, dignity and purpose.
Patch: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given when it comes to success?
Lennox: Patience, focus determination.
