Northeast Ohio Bank Robbed, FBI Search For Suspect

PNC Bank is offering $5,000 for information on the suspect's identity and location.

BEDFORD, OH — A man robbed PNC Bank on West Grace Street in Bedford on Friday afternoon, the FBI said. Investigators are hoping the public can help catch the suspect.

The robbery happened at 3:15 p.m. at 10 West Grace Street. A man walked into the bank, waited for a teller and then handed them a note demanding money. The teller handed over the cash and the suspect ran off. No one was hurt during the robbery.

The suspect is a man, possibly in his late 50s. He was dressed in all black and had a salt and pepper beard. Photos of the suspect are above the article.

Tips on the suspect's identity and location can be provided to Bedford Police Department, the FBI in Cleveland or Crime Stoppers. Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individual responsible.

PNC is also offering up to $5,000 for anyone who identifies the suspect.
